RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Swagbaazy, we take pride in crafting made-to-order kidswear, ensuring every piece is designed with care and exclusivity. Since our garments are tailored specifically for each order, we do not offer returns. This helps us maintain high-quality standards, reduce waste, and manage inventory efficiently. However, we do provide a flexible exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. NO RETURN POLICY

• As all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• This policy ensures that we minimize fabric waste and continue offering unique, high-quality clothing without excess inventory.
• We encourage thoughtful purchasing and provide detailed size guides to help customers make informed choices.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Only size exchanges for the same product are allowed (no style or color changes).
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• replacement/ exchange will be delivered with in 5 – 7 days

✅ Exchange Process:

1. Email us at support@swagbaazy.com within 5 days of delivery providing with a clear reason for the exchange. Mentioning below details:
   • Order Number / Registered Email & Phone Number
   • Product Name
   • Pick-up Address
2. Upon approval of the exchange request, customers will receive instructions on how to return the original item.
3. For eligible exchanges or returns, we provide prepaid return shipping labels, covering the shipping costs. This ensures a seamless and convenient experience for our customers, though it adds to our operational expenses.
4. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange item will be dispatched.
5. If your requested item is out of stock, Eligible refunds are issued as Swagbaazy store credit for future purchases.

Note: We allow only one exchange per order and do not accept exchanges on discounted, sale, or customized items.

3. EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

✅ Steps to Report:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@swagbaazy.com.
• Attach a clear unboxing video and images showing the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.

4. SIZE SELECTION ADVISORY

To ensure a seamless shopping experience and avoid unnecessary shipping costs, we highly recommend carefully referring to the size guide provided on our website before making a purchase. 5. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

1) We do not accept exchange on gift card purchases.

2) We do not accept exchange on sale items or items bought using promotional codes.

3) We do not accept exchanges request that we receive after 5 days from delivery date.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Swagbaazy reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product does not meet the above criteria.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• This policy is subject to change at Swagbaazy’s discretion without prior notice.
